Advisors Neil HuddIs an industry visionary whose 30 years of business experience includes several International and US assignments, in various senior management positions, with major corporations, in mid-tier turnarounds and at new technology startups. In addition to general management expertise, he has comprehensive experience in sales, marketing, software products, product management, manufacturing, mergers, acquisitions and sourcing venture capital funding. Most recently, as Senior Vice President and officer of Hypercom Corporation (HYC-NYSE) he established the first Product Marketing group responsible for developing five new state of the art products for each of the company's five product lines, namely, counter top, wireless, multi lane, networking and unattended products.As a significant investor and cofounder of Way Systems Inc., a unique mobile Payment terminal vendor, he served as Vice President of Sales & Strategic Initiatives, where he assisted in securing an aggregate of $12.8 million in A and B investment rounds and implemented their initial sales and marketing infrastructure. He served as CEO, President and in senior management positions at NCR Corporation in the US & Japan, Tandem Computers, NBS Technologies and in early stage companies he founded or co founded.Presently, he also serves as a director of JSL Technologies Inc, a director of the Memorial Drive Investment Fund of Boston, a director of ASH Payment Solutions, a member of Walnut Ventures and is principal of NPH Advisors LLC. John D. MillerIs the Chief Investment Officer of W.P. Carey & Co. LLC, a net lease real estate company. Mr. Miller is also a founder and Non-Managing Member of StarVest Partners, L.P., a $150 million venture capital investment fund formed in 1998. Mr. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors for CKX. In December 2003, Mr. Miller became Board Chairman of International Keystone Entertainment, Inc., a Canadian-based Family Film company, and continues to serve on the Keystone Board of Directors. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Miller was President of Rothschild Ventures Inc., the Private Investments Unit of Rothschild North America, a subsidiary of the worldwide Rothschild Group. Mr. Miller was also President and CEO of Equitable Capital Management Corporation, an Investment Advisory subsidiary of The Equitable where he worked for 24 years beginning in 1969. Mr. Miller previously worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Hamburg, Germany. Seamus McAteerIs the Co-Founder, Chief Product Architect and Senior Analyst at M:Metrics where he determines how services are shaped to match client needs. Mr. McAteer has been analyzing the Wireless data sector since its earliest days and has been assisting clients in the Wireless and Portable Computing Sectors since the early 1990s. Most recently, Mr. McAteer was Managing Partner at Zelos Group, a boutique advisory services firm focused on Wireless and Voice applications. Prior to founding Zelos Group, Mr. McAteer was a Director and Research Fellow with Jupiter Research, where he headed Jupiter's coverage of new technologies and services. Before joining Jupiter, Mr. McAteer focused on Wireless services and Pervasive Computing as a Senior Analyst with SRI International. Mr. McAteer is a renowned Speaker at prestigious industry events and has been quoted in the New York Times, USA Today, Nikkei Weekly, Wired Magazine, the Associated Press and a variety of trade journals and has been featured as a commentator on CNN, NPR, Fox and other outlets. John BoydHas created, built, and led businesses in a broad range of Technology and Communications sectors in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Mr. Boyd is currently Senior Advisor to CKX, and was involved in the implementation of a new online entertainment business involving major players in the Music and Television Industry. CKX owns media/entertainment assets American Idol, Elvis Presley, and Muhammad Ali, among others. Previously, Mr. Boyd was President and CEO of a Business Process Outsourcing Provider to the Telecommunications Industry. Prior to that, Mr. Boyd was President and CEO of an Infrastructure and Information Services company in the unregulated energy sector. At AT&T, Mr. Boyd's roles included President of the International Computer Business, Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for the Consumer Products business, and National Director of Distribution Channels. Currently, Mr. Boyd serves as a Director of Tricell, Inc., a U.K.-based wireless distributor, operating throughout Europe and the Middle East. Additionally, Mr. Boyd chairs the Advisory Board of Pace University's Lubin School of Business. Mr. Boyd lives in New York City with his wife and two children. Aziz VallianiIs the Founder & CEO of Jhatsey, Inc., a company that creates software infrastructure for consumers, investors and real estate professionals to benefit from power of choice through a spectrum of services for the real estate industry (escrow, title, 1031 exchanges, loans, international investments, etc.). Mr. Valliani also managed real estate store fronts to alpha test the delivery of services and advanced the business development model using the Jhatsey system. Mr. Valliani was awarded several patents as the Founder & CEO of Crossvue where he spearheaded the advancement of Paperless POS receipts, Fraud Prevention at POS, and CRM software development. As the Founder & CEO of @POS, he led the expansion of Interactive POS, Credit Card and Signature capture devices. Mr. Valliani was also awarded several patents in the POS arena and took the Company public. Mr. Valliani served as President and CEO of Inforite Corp. where he focused on various improvements of Hand Held Computers and Signature Capture Devices. Previously, Mr. Valliani was the COO, GM and Vice-President of Wyse Technology, the world's largest ASCII, Networking and Window Terminal Design and Manufacturing Company. |
