Jim Estill
Jim Estill has served as a director of Research in Motion (NASDAQ:RIMM) since 1997. Jim previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of SYNNEX Canada Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation, which is a leading distributor of technology products. Prior to that, Jim was the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of EMJ Data Systems, a computer distribution company, which he built up to $350,000,000 in sales. EMJ Data was later acquired by SYNNEX. Jim has written several articles and books on the subjects of time management and leadership. He is currently a partner in Canrock Ventures - an early stage active technology investment fund.


Mavis G. Huger
Mavis Gyamfi Huger most recently served as the Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Ethics Officer of Polypore International, Inc., a leading global high technology filtration company. In that role, she helped the company achieve a successful initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms. Huger also led or assisted with all of the company’s acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. In addition, she led several corporate governance initiatives for the company. Prior to joining Polypore International, Inc., Ms. Huger served as the Associate General Counsel of Polymer Group, Inc., a publicly traded global manufacturer of nonwovens with sales revenues of over $1 billion. During her time at Polymer Group, Inc., Ms. Huger was the principal negotiator of joint development, supply and other agreements with major consumer products companies. Prior to joining Polymer Group, Mavis Huger was an Associate in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions. While at Morgan Lewis, Ms. Huger represented Fortune 500 companies on a host of matters including a joint venture resulting in a digital cable channel and other highly sophisticated, cross-border transactions. Ms. Huger holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Barry Nalebuff
Barry Nalebuff is Chairman of the Board and Co-founder of Honest Tea. He is the Milton Steinbach Professor of Economics and Management at Yale School of Management. An expert on game theory, Barry has written extensively on its application to business strategy. He is the co-author of Thinking Strategically: The Competitive Edge in Business, Politics, and Everyday Life, the first popular book on game theory, and one used in classrooms worldwide. In his second book, Co-opetition, Barry applies game theory to business strategy, with an emphasis on creating and capturing value. Problem solving and ingenuity is the topic of his third book Why Not? How to Use Everyday Ingenuity to Solve Problems Big and Small and his most recent book is entitled The Art of Strategy. A graduate of MIT, a Rhodes Scholar, and Junior Fellow at the Harvard Society of Fellows, Nalebuff earned his doctorate at Oxford University. In addition to his work with Honest Tea, Professor Nalebuff also serves on the board of Nationwide Insurance.

Birame N. Sock
Birame Sock is the Founder and CEO of Third Solutions, Inc. In 2002, Birame founded Musicphone, Inc., a Wireless Entertainment company and successfully led Musicphone through its acquisition in July 2007 by Gracenote, Inc., a recognized California-based Digital Media company which was subsequently acquired by Sony Corporation. Musicphone was the first to launch a Wireless Music Recognition service called MusicID with AT&T Wireless and Virgin Mobile USA in 2005. In 2005, Birame served on the Board of CKX (NASDAQ: CKXE) as an Independent Director and Audit Committee Member. Birame also served as the Digital Media Strategist for CKX working in the ownership, development and commercial utilization of entertainment content covering major brands such as Elvis Presley, American Idol and Muhammad Ali. As a result of her successes as an entrepreneur with a strong technology background and focus on digital technologies and consumer applications, Birame has appeared on CNBC and Good Morning America, has spoken at many leading digital entertainment events and has been quoted in several articles in the New York Times, Billboard Magazine and the San Francisco Chronicle. Prior to Musicphone, Birame was Vice President at SetNet Corporation, a Wireless Messaging company and worked as a Senior Project Manager for Nortel Networks, Inc.
